Return & Refund Policy
Plinkg accepts eligible returns for mops and floor cleaning products purchased through plinkg.shop. This policy explains the return window, accepted condition, return method, return label, inspection process, exchanges, refund timing, and product-specific condition requirements.
Return Window and Accepted Return Types
Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, clean, dry, free of dirt, floor residue, cleaning liquid, odor, pet hair, damaged pads, missing parts, and returned with original packaging and included components when possible.
Return Method, Label, and Fees
Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should package handles, mop heads, buckets, refill bottles, microfiber pads, and accessories securely so they are protected during return transit.

Cleaning Product Condition Notes
Items may be refused if they show used mop pads, dirt, dust, hair, detergent residue, water marks from use, worn microfiber, scuffed handles caused after delivery, cracked buckets caused after delivery, missing pads, missing bottles, missing mop heads, or signs of floor cleaning use. For hygiene and inspection reasons, used cleaning tools cannot be accepted as new-condition returns unless the return relates to a verified defect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives cracked, bent, missing a pad, missing a bottle, missing a bucket piece, incorrect in color, incorrect in mop type, or different from the order, email care@plinkg.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, product name, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the mop, handle joint, mop head, bucket, pads, packaging, and shipping carton if damage is visible.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact care@plinkg.shop with the order number, customer name, item name, return reason, and photos when relevant. Returns without order identification may take longer to process. Please wait for return instructions before mailing the product.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post funds to the account.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Accept exchanges for eligible items when the requested replacement is available. If the requested mop style, color, pad count, or bucket set is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
